  Products Drum and Panel Filter Media Types: TSI stocks media fabrics for all major OEM types and styles of drums and manufacture media to your specify requirements in our in-house cutting rooms. Major media types are:
High Temperature Media and Seals We have designed a line of high temperature sliver knit drum media which are ASHRAE rated up to 100% efficiency and stable up to a 475° F operating temperature. We also offer high temperature drum seals in widths from 2 to 6" with special coatings which enhance wear resistance. We also have full line of fiberglass cloth gasket and insulating materials which range up to 2000 degree F in service temperature. We fabricate gaskets out of silicone, fiberglass, floroelastomers, silica, ceramics and aramid cloth and felts. NEW! TSI Hydrex high-temperature, high humidity media Specially designed for the Hygiene and Diaper industry, TSI Hydrex has been engineered for superior release properties and long life in high humidity applications. Monofilament Mesh Filtration and Separator Screens When nylon, polyester, polypropylene and other monofilament fibers are woven into mesh screens very precise micron opening sizes are achieved. These fabrics characteristically provide precision filtration results equally effective in wet or dry environments and are even used as sifting screens. TSI provides fabrics with filtration efficiencies from 7 microns up to 1,650 microns and fabricates sleeves, tubes, funnels, belts, bags and panels in any desired configuration and size. Common products are pan filters, milling screens, centrifuge sleeves, rotary prefilters, dryer belts and drum filters. In drum applications, mesh media provide a basis for effective cake formation and excellent release properties. In dust applications, monofilament screens provide excellent release characteristics and process control. Pan filters are typically used in mining operations, such as ore separation and washing. Materials are manufactured to customer's flow rate requirements and made in very heavy duty materials for durability.  Pleated Cartridge Filters Pleated cartridges are the most common and most versatile type of filter. They are used in applications ranging from transportation and power generation to dust and fume collection in almost any industrial plant. TSI offers all major OEM types and styles. We can quickly cross- reference from the manufacturer's name and part number to determine the cartridge you use. If you are having problems or have experienced a change in operating conditions, we can work with you in selecting a better alternative. All of our filters meet or exceed government and industry standards. Baghouse Filter Bags, cages, parts and accessories TSI Filtration offers a wide selection of plain and pleated filter bags. We manufacture and supply bags for all major OEM style bag houses in a wide range of fabrics for normal to high temperature ratings in a wide variety of finishes. Contamination Curtains TSI manufactures Contamination Curtains including vinyl coated fiberglass mesh panels in all efficiency ranges which allow air flow while restricting dust and other contaminates. These as well as heavy-duty solid curtains with clear vinyl windows can be manufactured to your specific requirements. We offer a full line of curtain accessories such as hangers and tracks for easy installation.  Rotary Vacuum Drum Filters - Liquid Filtration Rotary vacuum drum filters are manufactured to the customer's size and attachment requirements. We offer a wide range of media in felt and monofilament meshes. Durability is a key factor in media design because cake release is typically accomplished by scrapping. Rotary drums are found in liquid or slurry operations and chemical and clay processing as well as some mining applications. HVAC Filters TSI provides a full line of commercial and industrial HVAC filters for office buildings, restaurants, hospitals, laboratories, automotive plants and general manufacturing plants. 
Spunbond Roll Filter Media (Paper Media) Spunbond or paper filter media is elective and convenient in applications where the loading factor is low to moderate and the dust or contaminate can be collected and disposed of without any recycling issues. The standard core sizes are 2" and 3" with put-ups from 100 to 600 per roll. Some products are scrim supported for use in heavy loading in dry or wet applications. High Loft Non-Woven: TSI offers a full line of air laid high-loft non and needle woven HVAC filter media. This includes TRK (red/purple), blue, blue/white, yellow and other common styles in all thicknesses from 1/4" to 2". These products are available in rolls or cut pads and panels.  |
